Va propun o reteta sanatoasa, delicioasa si simpla de biscuiti, ideala pentru cei care tin post sau sunt vegetarieni. Sa ii savurati cu placere, eu asa am facut.
INGREDIENTE
MOD DE PREPARARE- Se curata bananele de coaja si se zdrobesc bine cu o furculita.
- Se taie ciocolata neagra in cubulete mici.
- Se amesteca bine pana la omogenizare bananele cu restul ingredientelor.
- Se tapeteaza o tava cu hartie de copt si se formeaza cu mana umeda biscuiti.
- Se coc biscuiti in cuptorul preincalzit la 175°C pentru 30-35 de minute sau pana observati ca se coloreaza usor la suprafata si pe margini.
- Se servesc biscuiti raciti complet.

Oat cookies
I propose you a healthy, delicious and very easy recipe of oat cookies, perfect for vegans. Enjoy them, I know I did.- 4 average bananas
- 250 gr oatmeal
- 1 dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon agave syrop
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 gr dried fruit (or raisins)
- 4 tablespoon of almond milk or soya milk
- Peel and smash the bananas using a fork.
- Cut the dark chocolate in small cubes.
- In a large bowl, stir to combine the bananas with all ingredients.
- In an oven tray lined with parchment paper add the cookies (biscuits) formed with your wet hands.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 175°C for 30-35 minutes or until you observe the cookies color is slightly changed.
- Serve the cookies completely cooled.
