Salata de paste cu ton si legume/Pasta salad with tuna and vegetables

English recipe at the end.
INGREDIENTE
  • 250 gr paste
  • 1 conserva de ton
  • o mana de masline negre fara samburi
  • o mana de porumb dulce din conserva
  • 5-6 castraveti murati medii
  • 3-4 rosii
  • ulei de masline
  • 1 lingura zeama de lamaie
  • sare
  • piper
  • 1 lingurita verdeata uscata (busuioc, oregano)
MOD DE PREPARARE
  1. Se fierb pastele, in apa cu sare, conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj. Cand au fiert se trec printr-un jet de apa rece si se lasa la scurs.
  2. Se prepara sosul amestecand uleiul cu sarea, piperul, zeama de lamaie si verdeturile uscate.
  3. Se amesteca intr-un castron mare pastele cu tonul, legumele taiate si sosul deja pregatit.

Pasta salad with tuna and vegetables

Ingredients
  •  250 g pasta 
  • 1 can of tuna 
  • 1 hand of black olives without seeds
  • 1 hand of canned sweet corn 
  • 4-5 cucumber pickles 
  • 3-4 tomatoes 
  • olive oil
  • salt 
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon 
  • juice
  • pepper 
  • 1 tsp of condiments (basil, oregano) 
Method 
  1. Boil the pasta, in salted water, according to the packet instructions. Once the pasta is done, drain in a colander over the sink under a cold water jet. 
  2. Then prepare the sauce by stirring the oil with salt, pepper, lemon juice and the condiments. 
  3. Stir in a large bowl the pasta with the tuna, chopped vegetables and the prepared sauce.
